How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that provider's sign-in button instead — Pro Fitness doesn't store a separate password for those accounts.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to [Profile → Delete Account] inside the app. This will permanently delete your account, calorie logs, workout history, and goals. If you're unable to access the app, email us at [email protected] from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion for you.
My workout or calorie data isn't syncing. What should I do?
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and the app is updated to the latest version. Try signing out and back in. If the issue persists, contact us with your account email and a description of the problem.
How do I change my fitness goals?
Go to the Home, Goals, or Profile tabs to update your calorie target, workout goals, or other personal fitness targets at any time.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your calorie logs, workout data, and goals are only visible to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
